Functional Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

TL;DR

Functional Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Designing and implementing CRM systems and applications for customers with an accent on business requirement evaluation and technical specification translation. Location: On-site or Hybrid in Melbourne or Brisbane, Australia. Minimum of Permanent Residence Visa required.

What you will do

• Evaluate end-user business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage a pipeline of MS Dynamics projects, including pre-sales and customer demos.
• Conduct client-facing workshops to analyze business processes and propose suitable solutions.
• Perform product customization and configuration within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production environments, ensuring end-to-end product standards.
• Design data mapping templates for migration and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Dynamics CRM CE experience in a Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Minimum of Permanent Residence Visa.
• Experience with Agile project delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and within a cohesive team environment.
