What you will do

  • Design and develop modifications and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Code, unit test, and create supporting documentation for Dynamics-based solutions.
  • Develop reporting and integrations using Azure services and custom code.
  • Collaborate with client teams to deliver solutions that meet specific business requirements.
  • Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for customer-facing solutions.
  • Contribute technical input to functional specifications for customizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Portal development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization including Power Automate, Plugins, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with D365 integrations (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
  • Solid understanding of data migration processes using SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
  • General .NET development skills and experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Must have effective written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI and Power Apps Canvas Apps.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint to Dynamics 365 migrations.
  • Understanding of Customer Service and Knowledge Management modules.
