What you will do

• Drive the CISO’s strategy across strategic company projects and communicate plans and KPIs to relevant stakeholders.
• Translate security concepts into business language and provide risk reporting for mid-level management.
• Advise on security implications of new business initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across information security teams and align initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive security innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the focal point for the security department’s AI transformation and serve as BISO for newly joined business units and sub-companies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in information security, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align security with business objectives.
• Non-managerial role reporting directly to the CISO and collaborating with Product Security, Security Engineering and Compliance, and Security Operations managers.
