What you will do

• Lead strategic projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define scope, timelines, and resource needs while managing cross-functional, international teams.
• Coordinate, approve, and track all project-related expenses including hours, materials, and services.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product management to align delivery with product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Participate in incident management processes to resolve service issues according to agreed SLAs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering software projects.
• Fluent in English and professional working proficiency in German.
• Experience with project management scheduling tools such as MS Project or Clarity.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or IT.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum environments.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
