What you will do

• Generate TB revenue by developing and executing comprehensive business plans for SME clients.
• Provide expert advice on complex Transaction Banking solutions and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and manage senior-level interpersonal relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze business insights and collaborate with Service, Operations, Product, and Risk departments to resolve bottlenecks.
• Expand structured Trade Finance business and manage complex deals and cash management products.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Transaction Banking products and solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience in a team leadership role.
• Strong ability to interpret balance sheets and spreadsheets.
