What you will do

• Manage end-to-end purchasing, planning, and PO execution for Fresh Produce and Ready-to-Heat categories.
• Translate demand requirements into accurate and timely ordering decisions across fulfillment centers.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to align supplier capabilities and commercial outcomes.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, service levels, and waste performance.
• Drive ordering discipline and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Identify supply risks and execute proactive inventory actions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing or planning.
• Experience with fresh produce, ready-to-heat, or other perishable/short shelf-life categories.
• Strong commercial judgment to balance cost, availability, and waste.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management across internal teams and suppliers.
• Data-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
