TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain production plans to ensure customer orders are delivered safely and on time.
  • Review sales orders against production capacity and material availability to identify risks.
  • Monitor and manage order due dates to improve DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) performance.
  • Maintain accurate production data and reporting within ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, production, and supply chain teams to align demand with capacity.
  • Identify inefficiencies in planning processes and recommend continuous improvement tools and workflows.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in production planning within a manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Epicor).
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (desirable).
  • Must be based in Bassendean, WA
