Location: Hybrid (Adelaide or Bundamba, Australia). Must hold Australian Citizenship and Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1/NV2 level.

What you will do

• Manage and implement procurement processes for project and company needs.
• Coordinate internal customers and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain vendor analysis and cost reduction programs to improve procurement effectiveness.
• Conduct technical and process analysis to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Develop and negotiate high-quality contractual agreements to maximize profit and manage risk.
• Partner with the business to identify procurement needs and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial environments, including contract preparation, administration, and management.
• Understanding of procurement methodologies and contractual requirements for large multi-discipline engineering or defence projects.
• Australian Citizenship and Australian Defence Security Clearance (NV1/NV2) are mandatory.
• Proficiency in IFS and SharePoint.
• Ability to undertake domestic travel as required.

Nice to have

• Tertiary qualifications in commerce or business.
• Working knowledge of Australian Defence Industry contracting and procurement processes (ASDEFCON).
• Knowledge of Australian and US Government Export control processes.
• Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
