What you will do

• Design and standardize an end-to-end commercial training framework covering brand culture, product tech, and advanced retail skillsets.
• Utilize AI tools and multimedia to create scalable micro-learning modules for DTC, B2B, and E-commerce channels.
• Lead flagship development programs for store managers and wholesale key-account partners.
• Implement a world-class Train-the-Trainer (TTT) model to empower frhirify.globaltline business leads.
• Manage the full lifecycle of training initiatives from needs diagnosis to natihirify.globalwide rollout.
• Analyze training effectiveness by correlating data with core commercial metrics like CR, UPT, and apparel share.
