What you will do

• Own and optimize the marketing tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and ABM tools.
• Build and manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle processes in tight alignment with Sales.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for campaign performance, funnel health, and pipeline impact.
• Partner with demand generation to design, execute, and measure campaigns across digital channels, events, and ABM.
• Ensure data quality and governance, including database hygiene, enrichment, and segmentation.
• Drive conversion optimization across landing pages, forms, nurture flows, and funnel stages.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or demand gen operations in B2B SaaS.
• Strong expertise in HubSpot (or Marketo/Pardot/Eloqua) and Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Proven track record in campaign measurement, attribution models, and funnel reporting.
• Strong project management and communication skills with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
