What you will do

• Develop and manage the annual global field marketing strategy and event calendar.
• Create an operating playbook to synchronize BD and AM efforts for partner invitations.
• Analyze event ROI end-to-end, tracking cost-per-meeting and pipeline influence.
• Standardize event formats into scalable playbooks for the production team.
• Manage the field marketing budget, vendor relationships, and the Event Producers team.
• Collaborate with the CMO on brand positioning and executive presence at flagship events.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in field, event, or partner marketing within a B2B environment.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a marketing function or sub-function.
• Proven track record of managing multi-region annual event calendars.
• Strong operational skills in vendor negotiation, procurement, and budget management.
• Data fluency with experience in CRM and BI tooling for ROI analysis.
• English: C1+ level required.
