What you will do

• Partner with Sales to design tailored AI automation solutions and deliver product demos and POCs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and develop architecture proposals and integration plans.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers, identifying risks and resolving technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align the roadmap with customer feedback.
• Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on AI automation and B2B SaaS trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering, including 2+ years at a senior level.
• Experience with voice technologies (ACD and IVR workflows) is mandatory.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI automation environments.
• Native-level or highly fluent proficiency in both Polish and English.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, cloud infrastructure, and APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or presales tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms and certifications.
• Knowledge of NLP, automation workflows, and integration frameworks (REST, GraphQL).
