What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of global HRIS systems from analysis and research to deployment and training.
• Partner with IT, HR, Finance, and C&B teams to design and deliver leading business solutions.
• Analyze trends and root causes to drive effective business decisions.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive system adoption and data integrity across all user types.
• Ensure the execution of SOX compliance and internal controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate HRIS, including platform and data management.
• Experience managing cross-functional global projects and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and the ability to transform them into system configuration and automation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• High integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Nice to have

• Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Oracle HCM.
