What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and implementation of HR IT projects.
  • Lead system transformations using platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP HCM.
  • Coordinate project teams, budgets, resources, and external service providers.
  • Conduct workshops with HR, IT, and business leaders to analyze and optimize HR processes.
  • Support presales activities, including proposal preparation and customer development.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in HR IT or HR transformation.
  • Proven track record of leading complex software implementation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or similar).
  • Experience in stakeholder management at the management and C-level.
  • Business-level proficiency in both German and English.
  • Ability to work from the Basel, Switzerland area.

Nice to have

  • Experience with international transformation projects or the public sector.
  • Knowledge of agile project methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Agile Delivery).
