What you will do

  • Manage multiple large-scale, cross-product projects and programs from inception through delivery and closure.
  • Lead dedicated project teams in a matrix environment, optimizing resource allocation and priorities.
  • Drive licensee satisfaction by managing expectations and maintaining transparent communication channels.
  • Own end-to-end project plans, milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and dependency management.
  • Communicate project status and risks to internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Facilitate collaboration across shared functions like Compliance and Legal to enable timely decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of proven experience as a Project Manager leading large-scale software delivery projects.
  • Experience managing international, customer-facing projects and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
  • University degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial & Management Engineering, IT, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel and have flexibility to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Background in the online gaming industry.
