What you will do

• Manage and develop the Rainbow Six Siege esports ecosystem within Japan and South Korea.
• Create and maintain local esports programs, including T2 events and grassroots activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for non-English speaking esports organizations.
• Source and contract local tournament operators and strategic partners.
• Develop co-streaming and broadcast strategies to increase the visibility of the APAC North ecosystem.
• Localize global esports products and provide regional market expertise to global teams.

Requirements

• Practical experience in the esports field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluency in Japanese and English; Korean language skills are a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of esports ecosystems, competitions, and service providers in Japan and Korea.
• Understanding of broadcast, tournament operations, and event administration.
• Must be eligible to work in Japan.
