What you will do
- Track and monitor service orders to ensure timely execution and closure.
- Manage parts ordering processes within SAP and coordinate delivery timelines.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service-related administrative matters.
- Maintain accurate records for tool calibration, logistics, and service documentation.
- Generate standardized service reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance operational workflows.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in service operations or logistics.
- Basic knowledge of SAP systems and process thinking.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Strong communication skills for internal and customer-facing interactions.
