📋 Description
- Own end-to-end customer implementation and onboarding for home lending.
- Manage integrations with LOS/POS platforms (Encompass, nCino, Blue Sage, Byte, etc.)
- Partner with lenders to gather business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, CS, operations, and partnerships for deployments.
- Drive scalable onboarding playbooks and integration standards.
- Translate needs into product roadmap priorities and enhancements.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, implementation, or enterprise onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage origination workflows and lender operations.
- Hands-on LOS/POS experience (Encompass, nCino, Blue Sage, Byte).
- Experience managing API-based integrations and tech projects.
- Strong PM and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations in a fast-paced environment.
