What you will do

• Prepare group consolidation for monthly internal and shareholder reporting, including inter-company reconciliations and IFRS adjustments.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to ensure compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Lead transformation and digitization projects, including the implementation of new ERP systems and consolidation tools.
• Analyze monthly management accounts, providing detailed commentary on profit and loss and balance sheet performance.
• Coordinate the group’s statutory consolidation and the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide technical accounting insights for complex transactions to senior management.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified chartered accountant.
• In-depth knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Proven experience in financial consolidation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data to senior management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
