What you will do
- Handle high volumes of live chat and support tickets in Swedish and English.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to deliver timely and accurate resolutions.
- Manage complaints and provide comprehensive information on platform features and products.
- Collect feedback to improve workflows, internal tools, and AI bot performance.
- Participate in the validation and testing of automation workflows and SOPs.
- Ensure a best-in-class experience by following established communication procedures.
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
- Strong IT proficiency and ability to handle technical customer queries.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality review.
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
