What you will do

• Handle high volumes of live chat and support tickets in Swedish and English.
• Identify and evaluate customer needs to deliver timely and accurate resolutions.
• Manage complaints and provide comprehensive information on platform features and products.
• Collect feedback to improve workflows, internal tools, and AI bot performance.
• Participate in the validation and testing of automation workflows and SOPs.
• Ensure a best-in-class experience by following established communication procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
• Strong IT proficiency and ability to handle technical customer queries.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality review.
