What you will do

• Own the data agentic analytical framework, framing high-impact use cases and designing workflows and playbooks.
• Design and implement streaming data analytics pipelines for near real-time insights and detections.
• Evaluate and integrate GenAI advances and LLMs to deliver reliable and cost-efficient production features.
• Design and operate scalable production systems focusing on microservices, data pipelines, orchestration, and caching.
• Partner with Product, UX, and customers to transform ambiguous problems into measurable outcomes with clear SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in distributed systems at scale, such as data-intensive services or analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in writing production-grade code in Python, Go, or Java.
• Expertise in designing and operating distributed microservices using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with the full software engineering lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with GCP, specifically BigQuery and Dataflow/Apache Beam.
• Experience building ML-powered products, including feature engineering pipelines and monitoring.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing architecture across multiple teams.
