What you will do

• Architect and lead the design of complex, scalable systems and frameworks for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Drive technical strategy and long-term vision for frontend and backend integration to ensure scalability.
• Mentor senior engineers and cross-functional teams to foster technical excellence and innovation.
• Develop and maintain web applications, integrating frontend with backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define project scope and align development with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to pass the hirify.global Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 8-12+ years of professional technical engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI.
• Advanced proficiency in React, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and influence cross-organizational decisions.
