What you will do

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and map current-state clinical and operational workflows.
• Configure Epic records, master files, and tools to align with approved designs and operational goals.
• Manage system implementations and upgrades using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Develop and execute unit, integrated, and UAT test plans to ensure system stability and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with interface teams on HL7 and FHIR exchange workflows and partner with analytics teams for Clarity/Caboodle reporting.
• Design and implement customized training programs and maintain the CareConnect curriculum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Administration, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment.
• Experience with Epic applications and deep knowledge of healthcare workflows.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, workflow design, and testing.
• Familiarity with ITIL, change control, and SDLC practices.
• Must be based in Ohio to be eligible for remote work.

Nice to have

• Current Epic Certification in relevant modules (e.g., HB, PB, Cadence, Referrals, Orders, ClinDoc, Clarity).
• Experience with system integration, HL7, FHIR, and interface testing.
• Exposure to SQL, Clarity, Caboodle, or SlicerDicer.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in a related field.
