What you will do

• Formulate and evolve the roadmap for Assisted Autonomy, balancing near-term deployment milestones with long-term scalability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve performance and prioritize safety-critical failure modes.
• Define requirements and partner with Ops teams on field deployment, process optimization, and training materials.
• Drive product improvements across software interfaces and physical hardware integrations.
• Act as the central node between Engineering, Operations, Safety, and external customers.
• Travel up to 25% to commercial deployment locations to gather operational feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally blending software and hardware.
• Success in launching high-tech end-user products through the full lifecycle at scale.
• Strong B2C UX/design experience for teleoperations and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Technical degree (Master's or above in engineering, computer science, or related) or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in assisted autonomy, autonomous vehicles, or robotics.
• Startup experience required.
