What you will do

• Concept and deliver high-impact creative for marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Own end-to-end production for presentations, research reports, social media, and event visuals.
• Maintain and refine visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all company touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Brand, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams to communicate product value.
• Use performance data to iterate on design assets and optimize engagement.
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance design efficiency and creative output.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in design roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing cohesive creative campaigns across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite.
• Experience using performance data to inform creative design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Web design experience.
• Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot.
