What you will do

• Design narrative-driven graphics and photo-centric stories for major franchises like 30 Under 30.
• Transform static editorial assets into high-impact animations including kinetic typography and video covers.
• Optimize content for specific platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Use engagement data to refine visual formats and experiment with new storytelling techniques.
• Integrate generative AI tools and Figma plugins into daily workflows to accelerate production.
• Maintain rigorous brand quality control across high-volume daily output.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA.
• BA/BFA in Design with 2–4 years of digital design experience.
• Proven track record of designing successful social-first campaigns for editorial content.
• Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere), and data visualization tools.
• Comfortable using generative AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, and LLMs.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first storytelling and digital-first design.
