What you will do

• Define and lead the multi-release product strategy and roadmap for EXAScaler domains.
• Translate strategic goals into clear, outcome-based roadmaps, PRDs, and user stories.
• Partner with engineering leadership on architecture decisions, scalability, and technical trade-offs.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers and partners in executive-level roadmap reviews and solution design.
• Drive competitive positioning and market differentiation through win/loss analysis and pricing strategy.
• Leverage product analytics and customer insights to prioritize high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 12+ years of product management experience in infrastructure, storage, data platforms, HPC, or cloud services.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable products from concept through launch.
• Strong ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, sales, and enterprise customers on technical engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML data infrastructure or parallel file systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures or Kubernetes environments.
• Background in distributed storage or enterprise infrastructure products.
