Location: Must be based in Malta (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

A leading global iGaming group with a massive, in-house developed sportsbook platform serving over 20 brands.

What you will do

• Maintain and evolve AI/ML projects using Python.
• Design and build Agentic LLM-based solutions.
• Ensure output quality by verifying consistency and accuracy.
• Investigate and develop cloud-based MCP solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable business insights.
• Document processes, runbooks, and system topologies.

Requirements

• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Solid experience with Python and OOP.
• Demonstrated experience with RAG systems, vector embeddings, and knowledge graphs.
• Confident with LLMs, evaluation practices, and AI agentic workflows.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments and MLOps.
• Familiarity with tools like Langchain, Langraph, FastAPI, and Pytorch.

• Experience in sportsbook, betting, or fintech sectors.
• Additional programming skills.
