What you will do

• Operate and adjust equipment across multiple packaging areas safely and efficiently.
• Monitor line flow and waste to correct problems affecting quality and production costs.
• Perform routine checks such as CILs, CLs, and FSILs.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure housekeeping in all assigned areas.
• Collaborate with Production/Package Leads to execute required line changes.
• Adhere to safe work practices and actively participate in plant safety programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Hermiston, OR, USA.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English using technical manuals and diagrams.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics, including rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Physical ability to safely lift and carry a 50-pound ladder and lift up to 100 pounds unassisted.
• Availability to work any shift, overtime, and any day of the week based on plant needs.
