Senior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Incorporate annual planning assumptions into office and department-level budgets.
• Conduct monthly reforecasts and actual-to-plan variance analysis.
• Analyze financial performance against key business metrics to support management decision-making.
• Maintain and develop sales and termination reporting tools for company-wide leadership.
• Collaborate with Managing Principals during planning and forecasting cycles.
• Investigate operational data to propose improvements to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Three to six years of experience in a similar financial position.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
