What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure full-stack solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary technical authority, driving architectural decisions, engineering standards, and best practices.
• Contribute high-quality, production-ready code using Angular, Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and RDBMS.
• Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and leadership to align technical delivery with business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with audit and risk requirements while proactively addressing technical debt and systemic risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional engineering or IT work experience.
• Proficiency with modern frontend and backend technologies, specifically Angular, Java/Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL/PL-SQL, and building RESTful services.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub in a distributed systems environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for immigration sponsorship.
