Salary: $204,000 – $281,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage and grow a team of SREs supporting the IDaaS platform.
• Drive DevOps maturity, microservice adoption, and workload reliability across the organization.
• Develop powerful tooling, self-service capabilities, and self-healing patterns to accelerate engineering velocity.
• Oversee platform domains including Edge networking, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability.
• Perform engineering design evaluations and ensure project delivery within budget and resource constraints.
• Prioritize resource allocation and manage business expectations for infrastructure services.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, Permanent Resident, etc.) to access federal data.
• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership and people management.
• Extensive experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies in large-scale SaaS environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with observability platforms like Grafana and Splunk.
• Strong background in software development, PaaS, and automation.
