What you will do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage system configurations, device imaging, and large-scale IT equipment deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and basic training to end-users across all organizational levels.
• Manage and prioritize requests using help desk ticketing systems and maintain internal knowledge base documentation.
• Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure projects and represent the department to public stakeholders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or completion of a technical IT program.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Proven understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and system imaging.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise or distributed computing environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, PBX Phone Systems, and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience creating technical documentation or internal knowledge base articles.
• Knowledge of public sector or government organizational structures.
