What you will do

• Develop and maintain infotainment UI applications using modern C++ across QNX, Linux, and Android platforms.
• Implement requirements in collaboration with System Engineering, UX, Product, and Validation teams.
• Debug and resolve issues related to rendering, startup performance, power moding, and IPC communication.
• Integrate vehicle signals and services into UI applications.
• Contribute to scalable and adaptive UI frameworks for multiple vehicle programs.
• Drive performance optimization, memory analysis, and CI/CD workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or eligible to work in the US; report to designated office locations (CA, TX, MI) 3+ times per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience delivering embedded or system-level software in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17).
• Experience with embedded graphics/UI frameworks such as Qt/QML, Altia, Skia, OpenGL, or Vulkan.
• Knowledge of ECU integration and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).

Nice to have

• Experience with Android application framework, AAOS, Kotlin, or Java.
• Development experience in RTOS or infotainment contexts.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine or 3D display rendering.
• Familiarity with automotive debugging tools like CANoe or VehicleSpy.
