What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market data recommendations.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and professional networking sites.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from ATS review and candidate assessment to final offer negotiation.
• Act as a brand ambassador for clients, ensuring a professional and timely candidate experience.
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and search status to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
