What you will do

• Drive the long-term strategy and roadmap for AI-powered IPS/IDS and threat detection capabilities.
• Unify forensics, IPS/IDS, and threat intelligence into a single cohesive security platform.
• Lead the development of advanced detection signals and autonomous investigation agents to identify attack patterns at scale.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, and Hardware teams to design and deliver cutting-edge product features.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and prototyping to go-to-market strategy.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure AI model performance and overall business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in network security, threat detections, and/or AI/ML products.
• Deep technical understanding of IDS/IPS, forensics, network protocols, and malware analysis.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous market trends into concrete, actionable product requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex concepts to executives.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Electronic, Electrical) or an MBA.
• Experience with integrated security platforms such as XDR, SIEM, or SASE.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, autonomous security systems, or cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, and GDPR.
