What you will do

• Translate marketing briefs into creative responses for hirify.global channels and the U streamer.
• Develop insight-driven concepts based on audience data and social listening.
• Lead creative development for channel campaigns, brand storytelling, and multi-format ideas.
• Create 360° campaigns across AV, OOH, social, partnerships, and experiential platforms.
• Direct shoots, write compelling scripts, and guide post-production and editing.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and agency partners to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior creative role within TV, media, or entertainment.
• Expertise in concepting and delivering cross-platform ideas.
• Strong scriptwriting, directing, and editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere.
• Excellent presentation and persuasion skills for senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in London
