Senior Software Engineer (Web3)

Senior Software Engineer (Web3/Rust/TypeScript): Building cross-chain infrastructure and integrations across multiple blockchain ecosystems with an accent on smart contracts, distributed systems, and full-stack feature ownership. Location: Fully Remote, but must commit to core US hours: 9-5pm (ET)

Salary: $150,000–$250,000

What you will do

• Build and ship new chain integrations and partner-facing features across the full stack.
• Develop smart contracts across EVM, SVM, TVM, and alt-VMs.
• Own features end-to-end: from design and building to testing, deployment, and operation.
• Collaborate on technical designs and conduct code reviews with a distributed team.
• Work closely against partner and business-critical deadlines.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of production Web3 experience.
• Strong smart contract experience across multiple VMs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Rust.
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and Docker.
• Experience operating distributed systems in production.
• Must commit to core US hours: 9-5pm (ET)

Nice to have

• Cross-chain protocol experience (LayerZero, bridges, intents).
• Experience integrating or launching new chains.
• Open-source protocol contributions.
• Familiarity with solver- or intent-based architectures.
