What you will do

• Own the end-to-end merchant journey, managing the process from pre-sales to successful go-live.
• Partner with Sales to design smart and scalable payment solutions tailored to specific merchant needs.
• Lead technical API integrations using REST, webhooks, and SDKs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding merchants on global payment strategies, performance, and UX.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to optimize the platform and improve merchant experience.
• Drive continuous optimization of conversion, authorization rates, and fraud routing.

Requirements

• English: Advanced proficiency is mandatory.
• At least 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar technical role within payments or fintech.
• Proven experience with integration processes and working with APIs.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Experience in delivering successful product demonstrations and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment orchestration or Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
• Deep background in financial services or fintech.
