What you will do
- Strengthen governance and administration of the Zendesk environment, focusing on access management and configuration standards.
- Optimize Zendesk architecture, including workflows, automations, triggers, ticket routing, and SLAs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Care, Onboarding, Product, and Tech to deliver scalable support solutions.
- Deploy and implement various Zendesk tools and manage integrations with third-party platforms.
- Contribute to the Zendesk roadmap by prioritizing improvements and ensuring long-term reliability.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational efficiency within the ecosystem.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience administering Zendesk in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in designing and improving workflows, architecture, and support processes at scale.
- Structured mindset regarding governance, security, and operational reliability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
- Must be based in or able to work from Paris, Barcelona, or Milan.
