TL;DR

Product Developer (Hardlines): Managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle for licensed hardlines merchandise including toys, boardgames, and collectibles with an accent on brand alignment and quality assurance. Focus on reviewing partner submissions, creating mock-up designs using Adobe Creative Suite, and ensuring all products meet hirify.global brand standards for the European market.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 4 days in office per week)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day product development for hardlines categories including toys, figurines, and boardgames.
• Provide prompt, accurate feedback to licensees and create mock-up designs to ensure high-quality retail products.
• Act as a Brand Guardian to ensure all products align with hirify.global brand guidelines and approved art assets.
• Maintain detailed records of product development from initial concept to final approval.
• Coordinate with internal teams in Creative Services, Marketing, and international licensing counterparts in Japan and the US.
• Arrange and attend business meetings and tradeshows with licensees as required.

Requirements

• Considerable experience in consumer products development or brand management within entertainment or gaming.
• Comprehensive understanding of the product development cycle from concept to production.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Must be able to work from the London office 4 days per week.
