Salary: $200,000 – $275,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Set and enforce the creative standard for hirify.global's customer film series.
• Direct Tier 1 brand films end-to-end, from brief and casting to final cut.
• Write scripts, treatments, and narratives to avoid traditional B2B tropes.
• Lead and grow the Customer Creative team, including editors and writers.
• Partner with Product Marketing to create launch films for new products.
• Develop internal production kits and creative frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years in film and creative direction with a portfolio focused on brand documentaries or editorial work.
• Must be based in NYC or willing to relocate to the USA.
• Expert-level writing skills for narrative structure and scene-level scripting.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and producing a recognizable body of work.
• Proficiency with AI production tools such as Runway, Descript, and Midjourney.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B or enterprise-level storytelling.
• An existing network of professional editors, writers, and filmmakers.
• Documentary or editorial credits in journalism or film festivals.
