Onboarding Manager (Customer Experience/SaaS): Leading large enterprise customers through a structured onboarding process to ensure immediate success and product adoption with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and consultative project management. Focus on defining end-to-end customer experience strategies and creating enablement resources to accelerate value realization.

Location: Hybrid role based out of the São Paulo hub, Brazil

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for enterprise customers from pre-sales to successful closeout.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and Product Support to ensure a seamless customer handoff experience.
  • Define and manage customer goals and timelines to accelerate the realization of product value.
  • Analyze metrics and customer feedback to identify product opportunities and new initiatives.
  • Develop training materials and enablement resources to drive product adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by consulting on product and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in a customer-facing role working with technical products.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple concurrent customer projects.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English across written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders across various seniority levels.
  • Ability to apply a consultative approach within complex business and technical environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience using hirify.global or other UX/UI design tools.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and change in a high-growth environment.
  • Passion for continuously learning new tools and systems.
