What you will do

• Learn and understand the full operations of the financial practice.
• Participate in joint fieldwork to build expertise and learn industry best practices.
• Meet with new and existing clients to grow relationships and build a book of business.
• Solicit and sell appropriate financial products and services.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisors on complex client scenarios.
• Research and respond to client inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must be able to work in the Irvine, CA office 2-3 days per week.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with business tools like Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high-quality work under pressure.
• Must pass a background check and obtain necessary state insurance and securities licenses.
