Salary: $136,897 - $205,215 CAD

What you will do

• Own the standards for development, testing, and release across the web platform to ensure security, reliability, and high code quality.
• Build and evolve the Corporate Hub, providing stakeholders with visibility into store-level ordering performance and centralized control.
• Partner with Product, Design, Account Management, Support, and Operations to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap of the next-generation Ordering product.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through guidance and constructive code reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years dedicated to building complex, scalable frontends using React.
• Strong mastery of the modern React ecosystem, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Deep experience utilizing or building reusable UI component libraries and design systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives from conception to launch with a high degree of autonomy.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Must reside in Ontario (Canada) or listed US states; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum software delivery cycle.
• Strong understanding of backend systems and API design.
