What you will do

• Translate high-concept creative ideas into robust production plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Own the operational and financial health of projects from initial scoping to final delivery.
• Lead and manage crews, including directors, editors, and freelance talent, ensuring optimal staffing.
• Navigate production logistics across shoots, post-production, and vendor management.
• Act as the operational lead, solving problems and managing expectations across internal teams and clients.
• Evolve production standards and workflows to support the studio's scaling efforts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of production experience in a top-tier agency, studio, or production company.
• Proven expertise in both high-end commercial production and fast-paced social/creator-led content.
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to balance creative vision and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage high-stakes situations and pressure.
• Deep network of production talent and partners across all stages of production.
• Must be able to work from the London office 2-3 days per week.
