What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to commercial negotiations and closing.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop strategic relationships with executive buyers and stakeholders in target ecommerce accounts.
  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions to align hirify.global's AI capabilities with customer business goals.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Product teams to advance deals.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in ecommerce, martech, or AI.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a full-cycle Account Executive role.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical value.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven prospecting and automation tools like Clay.
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to operate independently.
  • Customer-first mindset focused on long-term relationship building.
