What you will do

• Partner with GTM and Marketing leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Provide expert coaching on talent development, performance management, and organizational change.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and terminations in strict compliance with French labor law.
• Collaborate with Legal and the Works Council (CSE) on regulated HR processes and gender equality initiatives.
• Support workforce planning and HR data reporting in partnership with Talent Ops.
• Ensure compliance across diverse global regulations for teams in Australia, EMEA, and North America.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HRBP in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of French labor law, including disciplinary matters and CSE collaboration.
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Experience working with a predominantly cadre workforce.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in HR reporting and compensation structures.

• Familiarity with the Syntec collective agreement (Convention Collective Syntec).
