What you will do
- Partner with managers on team challenges and objectives, providing day-to-day guidance on org design, performance, and team dynamics.
- Coach the manager community to strengthen leadership skills.
- Support individual employee cases including performance, career development, reorganization, retention, and conflict resolution.
- Contribute to HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent mapping.
- Drive people projects across teams (employee engagement, feedback culture, management development, DE&I) in collaboration with HR.
- Use people data and innovation to improve HR efficiency and decision-making through automation and process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR and business partnership, including at least one HRBP or HR Consultant experience.
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or top tech/gaming/consulting environment with proven ability to work autonomously.
- Strong business acumen connecting HR initiatives to strategic and financial outcomes.
- Analytical mindset using data to measure impact and experiment with automation or new tools.
- Knowledge of French labor law and experience supporting multi-country international HR topics.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills to build trust and influence across all organizational levels.
