What you will do

Design and develop robust automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
Write maintainable automated test suites for web and API services.
Integrate tests into Git-based CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and specialized performance tests.
Perform root cause analysis of failures and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
Document test plans and automation design decisions to improve overall QA processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in QA Automation for backend services and cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.
Solid understanding of REST APIs and automated API testing (Postman, Newman, REST Assured).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Nice to have

Experience with performance testing tools like Locust, k6, or JMeter.
Experience with contract testing (PACT).
Knowledge of security testing fundamentals (OWASP).
Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
